At Blueair Air Care, we want you to breathe easy and be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your air purification system, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the request process.

  Pack Your Product

  Securely place the air purifier and all original accessories in the initial packaging to ensure the unit is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
